RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. ALL DIGITAL AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS SALE IS FINAL. THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT.
In cases of damage or defect, the customer is to provide a digital image of the damage or defect and a clear description to expedite the return process. If the damage or defect cannot be verified via email or over the phone, the item may be required to be returned for inspection.
2. FOR NON-DIGITAL, NOT PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
- 30 DAY RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- You can only exchange for items of equal or higher value.
- NO REFUND at any time

How do you return for a replacement or exchange?
1- Contact us via mail or email within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
2- Request a "Return Authorization" number and a "Return Form" that we will email you.
3- Be sure to specify the reason for the return request and indicate any preference for a replacement or exchange.
4- Complete the "Return Form" as appropriate
5- Attach documents and digital images of damaged or defective products as applicable.
6- Include the paperwork in your return package along with your return items.
7- Write the "Return Authorization" number on the outside of the package.
8- Ship the package to the specified address on the "Return Form" that you received via email
You will be notified when your return is received at our facility and when you can expect the replacement or exchange to be shipped to you.
