THE 'QUALITY GUARANTEE'

We want you to love your art. If your order arrives damaged, poorly printed, or incorrect, we will happily replace it. 

1. Downloadable Art: 

All digital files are high-resolution (300 DPI) and suitable for printing at large gallery sizes. If you have trouble accessing your files or need a specific frame size adjustment, our team will assist you promptly.

2. Physical Print and Product:

Unlike mass-produced warehouses, every single item in our shop is 'Made to Order' specifically for you. This ensures zero waste, eco-friendliness, and the closest attention to detail. 

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Downloadable Art: Delivery and access to the files shortly after receipt of successful payment.

2. Physical Art and Product: Production time varies because every piece is custom-made for you. Please allow time for production before your item ships.

• • Production Times: 2-7 business days
  • Domestic Shipping Estimates: USA: 3-7 days.
  • International Shipping Estimates: 7-21 days, depending on customs clearance and availability at the nearest fulfillment centers. Your country may charge import duties and/or taxes that are not included in the shipping fees. These duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customers. 

Note: During holiday seasons, production times may increase. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your physical art is on its way. 

Azul Beach Treehouse offers several shipping options for orders shipped within the US. Available options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

A variety of carriers deliver your orders. The main carriers are the USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please note that product and shipping prices may change until the order is confirmed and paid for.
